Hawai‘i COVID-19 Cases
News Release from Hawaii DoH, August 1, 2020
On 8/1/2020, the Hawai‘i Department of Health reported 87 new positive cases. All of the cases are on O‘ahu for a cumulative total of 2,197 cases statewide (reported since 2/28/2020). An earlier case was removed as a result of updated information.
A total of 126,641 individuals have been tested in the state. (3,390 new tests)
87/3,390= 2.6% positive—a big drop from the last few days
