Do 'affordable housing' requirements work?

A discussion on Hawaii's housing crisis, featuring two prominent local economists, will be hosted by the Hawaii chapter of the Federalist Society on Thursday, Feb. 21, noon to 1:30 p.m. at the state Capitol, Room, 312.
The two guests speakers will be Paul Brewbaker of TZ Economics, and Philip Garboden, who joined the University of Hawaii Economic Research Organization in August 2018 as its HCRC Professor of Affordable Housing.
Lunch will be served.
