By this Public Notice, the Wireline Competition Bureau, International Bureau, and Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (Bureaus) grant a series of applications filed by Cincinnati Bell Inc. (Cincinnati Bell), Hawaiian Telcom Holdco, Inc. (Holdco), Hawaiian Telcom, Inc. (HTI), Hawaiian Telcom Services Company, Inc. (HTSC), and Wavecom Solutions Corporation (Wavecom) (HTI, HTSC, and Wavecom, collectively, Licensees, and, together with Cincinnati Bell and Holdco, Applicants), pursuant to sections 214 and 310(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (Act),[1] and the Cable Landing License Act of 1921,[2] requesting consent to transfer indirect control of Licensees to Cincinnati Bell.[3]
