Fifth Circuit Seeking Per Diem District/Family Court Judge
News Release from Hawaii Judiciary, May 22, 2018
Lihue, Hawaii — The Fifth Circuit Court (Kauai) is seeking candidates for a Per Diem District/Family Court Judge to serve on a per diem basis and as necessary to provide auxiliary judicial functions. These judges shall receive per diem compensation of $751.90 for the days on which actual service is rendered. They will serve in both the District Court and Family Court.
A Per Diem District/Family Court Judge shall reside in the judicial circuit (Kauai) for which he/she is appointed and shall have been an attorney licensed to practice in all the courts of the state of Hawaii for at least five years.
Applications for consideration must be submitted no later than Friday, June 29, 2018.
