HONOLULU – Yesterday, the Honolulu City Council confirmed the appointment of the following cabinet members:

• Roy K. Amemiya, Jr., to serve as the Managing Director of the City and County of Honolulu
• Nelson H. Koyanagi, Jr., to serve as the Director of the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services
• Gary K. Nakata, to serve as the Director of the Department of Community Services
• Donna Y.L. Leong, to serve as the Corporation Counsel of the City and County of Honolulu
• Sherilyn T. Kajiwara, to serve as the Director of the Department of Customer Services
• Guy H. Kaulukukui, to serve as the Director of the Department of Enterprise Services
• Lori M.K. Kahikina, P.E., to serve as the Director of the Department of Environmental Services
• Ross S. Sasamura, P.E., to serve as the Chief Engineer of the Department of Facility Maintenance
• Carolee C. Kubo, to serve as the Director of the Department of Human Resources
• Mark D. Wong, to serve as the Director of the Department of Information Technology
• Michele K. Nekota, to serve as the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation
• Clarke L.K. Bright, to serve as the Band Director of the Royal Hawaiian Band
