The 2016 Coldwell Banker Home Listing Report (HLR) was released today, ranking more than 2,000 markets across the U.S. based on the affordability of the average listing price of four-bedroom, two-bathroom homes in each area. Hawaii tops the list for the second consecutive year as the most expensive state, with the average listing price of $904,954.

Additionally, Honolulu was the most expensive city in the state with an average listing price of $1,202,219.
