TRUMP ON THE BALLOT FOR HAWAII REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL CAUCUS

News Release from Hawaii GOP

HONOLULU (December 16, 2015) - Donald Trump has registered for the March 8, 2016 Hawaii Republican Caucuses.  Trump joins former Florida Governor Jeb Bush on the ballot.

Hawaii GOP Chair Fritz Rohlfing said: “We welcome all Republican Presidential campaigns to Hawaii. We look forward to other Republican Presidential candidates competing for Hawaii’s 16 GOP Convention delegates and helping build voter turnout for the March 8 Caucuses.”

The outcome of the March 8 voting will directly determine proportional delegate allocation among the competing candidates. In 2012 over 10,000 Hawaii Republicans voted in the Presidential Caucuses.

The Hawaii GOP Caucuses will be held Tuesday, March 8, 2016 from 6PM to 8PM at dozens of voting locations statewide. Voting is open to Hawaii voters with photo ID who sign a GOP membership card at the polling place.

(New York, NY) December 11th, 2015 - Today Donald J. Trump for President Inc. announced the campaign has officially filed to be on the ballot of the March 8, 2016 Hawaii Republican Caucus, the February 20, 2016 South Carolina Republican Presidential Preference Primary and the March 15, 2016 Ohio Republican Presidential Primary.

Mr. Trump's campaign also filed today a full slate of delegates in Ohio for the Republican National Convention which will take place in Cleveland July 18-21, 2016.

Mr. Trump stated, "It is my honor to be on the ballot in Hawaii, South Carolina and Ohio.  I continue to visit South Carolina regularly and have such incredible relationships with the people there. In Hawaii, we have assembled a campaign Leadership Committee to harness all of the support we are receiving.  Thanks to the support of people in these three states and beyond we are going to Make America Great Again!"

According to the latest South Carolina poll released this week by Fox News, Mr. Trump maintains a dominant lead in the early primary state with 38% support.

Earlier this week, the Trump campaign also filed to be on the ballot of the March 1, 2016 Oklahoma Republican Presidential Primary,  and filed a full slate of state delegates to appear on the ballot in Tennessee for the 2016 Presidential Preference Primary on March 1, 2016.
