The apportionment of delegates is that 40 elected delegates are apportioned based on the current geographic distribution of population within the Roll Commission’s current registry. Please see the delegate candidate information below.

• O‘ahu will be represented by 20 delegates.
• Hawai‘i Island will be represented by 7 delegates.
• Maui will be represented by 3 delegates.
• Kaua‘i & Ni‘ihau combined will be represented by 2 delegates.
• Moloka‘i & Lānaʻi combined will be represented by 1 delegate.
• Out-of-state Hawaiians will be represented by 7 delegates.
