Carol Tobias, a veteran pro-lifer with a long history of local, state, and national involvement, is the ninth President of National Right to Life Committee (NRLC). The NRLC is the oldest and largest national pro-life organization in the United States with affiliates in all 50 states and over 3,000 local chapters nationwide. This will be the first time a sitting NRLC President has visited Hawaii.
