Djou Launches New TV Ad
By Video @ 4:57 PM :: 5405 Views :: Politicians, Cost of Living

Message to Supporters from Djou Campaign    October 14, 2014

Our newest commercial, which just began airing yesterday, features members of our community, including prominent musician, Nalani Choy, as they discuss how Hawai'i's high cost of living and lack of affordable housing make it difficult to live in Hawai'i.  We need Charles Djou in Congress to work with Democrats and Republicans to get things done for the people of Hawai'i. Charles is the right man, at the right time, for the right reasons.

As you know, television advertising is very expensive. Our commercials are funded entirely by your campaign donations.

The ads aired by our opponent are almost entirely funded by mainland special interests.  The far-left, progressive group, votevets, is spending $180,000 on ads for our opponent.  Likewise, if you read the fine print at the end of our opponent's ad titled, "Cooler" you will see that it was paid for by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, which spent over $1 million on false and misleading ads against Charles in 2010.

We can't let them buy this race like they did in 2010.

Your support is critical right now.  Our campaign is being funded entirely by your contributions.  Unlike our opponent, Charles will always place Hawai'i first.  We need your help to retain our slight lead in this race and stay on par with our opponent's mainland special interest money. Please help Charles and let's bring an independent voice for Hawai'i to Washington by donating $25, $50 or whatever amount you can afford.

You can watch our new commercial here.

We know you've been exceedingly generous, and we wouldn't ask unless it was important.  This is a race we can win, but only with your help.  Please don't let Charles and his message be overwhelmed by the special interest money flooding the state.  Stand with Charles in these final 21 days of the campaign.
