With the assistance of numerous government agencies and private developers throughout the state (see chart below), we identified significant public and private infrastructure projects that are “on the books” over the next 20 years. As shown on the infographic below, the benefits of fully funding and constructing the 560 projects we identified are clear and convincing. The data included in this report makes a compelling case on the important role infrastructure plays in keeping Hawaii competitive in the global economy.
