Army hosts Memorial Day Remembrance

SCHOFIELD BARRACKS, Hawaii - The Army will hold an intimate Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony at 10 a.m., Monday, at the Post Cemetery, here.
The public is invited to join U.S. Army Garrison-Hawaii (USAG-HI) and the military community as they honor Army veterans and members of our sister services who gave their lives in service of our country.
Col. Richard A. Fromm, commander, USAG-HI, will be the speaker for this event. Representatives from the Military Order of the Purple Heart, Disabled American Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and American Legion will also participate, placing wreaths in the cemetery to honor fallen comrades.
Non-military guests should enter Schofield Barracks via Lyman Gate, off Kunia Road, and provide current driver's license, vehicle registration, proof of insurance and safety check. All vehicle occupants 16 years of age and older must present a valid government form of identification, such as a driver's license or state ID card.
