Roger Epstein, senior partner of Cades Schutte Law Firm, talks with Dr. Keli’i Akina about Hawaii as a center for global transformation. Based upon his career of pioneering legal work and connectivity with China, Epstein sees Hawaii as a gateway to the world and one which goes beyond the economic realm, bringing values and ethics to bear upon international relations. Epstein, a co-host of the Hawaii Forgiveness Project, sees the need for all to practice forgiveness and put aside wrongs of the past.
