Botched Abortions?

Alliance Defending Freedom’s (ADF) Life Team manages a “Botched Abortion” project designed to hold abortionists accountable for medical malpractice.

When good cases, with victims willing to hold abortionists accountable, are made known to us, we partner with an allied attorney in the state in which the alleged medical malpractice events occurred; obtain and submit medical records to selected OBGYN experts to assist in making initial negligence determinations; initiate litigation and appropriate cases and cover most costs of the litigation; and co-counsel with the local allied attorney on the case.

While the allied attorney may have a contingent fee relationship with the client, ADF attorneys work on a pro bono basis.
