Hawaii Family Forum’s Allen Cardines and State Senator Sam Slom will join Jennifer Marshall, the Heritage Foundation Director of Domestic Policy Studies in a panel discussion focusing on winning school choice in political environments where the landscape is not dominated by conservative voters. Marshall, whose work for Heritage gives her extensive experience with successful school choice struggles in Washington DC, will also be headlining a statewide speaking tour which will take her to speak with churches and TEA Party groups on Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island.

The panel discussion, "Why Parental Choice in Education Matters for Student Success", will be held at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Wednesday February 1 from 5-630pm. Following the panel a reception will be held and Kings College President Dinesh D’Souza will headline a Heritage Foundation dinner which begins at 7:30PM.
