You're Invited - What Hawai'i DOE is Actually Teaching Your Children!

“The education of all children, from the moment that they can get along without a mother's care, shall be in state institutions.”  -- Karl Marx

Aloha Oahu Republicans,     October 5, 2022

One of the important discoveries from the 2020-2021 pandemic is what our Department of Education (DOE) was really teaching (aka indoctrinating) our keiki.

Our State education assessments measure the percentage of students meeting the standard/who are proficient, and the 2021 results in the three main areas assessed are unacceptable:

Language Arts - 50%
Math - 32%
Science - 34%

Did you know Hawai'i DOE spends approximately $16K of tax payer money per student but what are they really teaching our children?

Our friends at Hawai'i Parents United invite you to attend an online webinar to discuss how much Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is being used throughout the Hawai'i DOE and why parents should be concerned.

Per Hawaii DOE, SEL describes the mindsets, skills, attitudes, and feelings that help students succeed in school, career, and life. SEL focuses on how motivation, social connectedness, and self-regulation enable every student to learn and thrive. But don’t be fooled with the innocuous definition, it is the woke framework to con parents, with schools being the doorway.
