Hawaii State Board of Education launches Strategic Planning Engagement Survey
The public is invited to take the online survey by Oct. 11.
News Release from Hawaii DoE, 02-Sep-2022
The Hawaii State Board of Education has launched a Strategic Planning Engagement Survey as part of a comprehensive community engagement process to develop the strategic plan for Hawaii’s public education system.
The survey is designed to provide the public with the opportunity to share its opinions on priority areas of focus to improve the state’s public education system, and to share insight on how well the system is currently meeting the needs of students, families, schools, and communities. The public is invited to take the online survey by Oct. 11.
Results will be compiled and shared with the Board and the public in late October or early November. The Board will also conduct public community meetings throughout the state for more detailed discussions on the public’s opinions and insights regarding Hawaii’s public education system.
The survey can be accessed by computer, phone, or tablet on the Board website here. It can only be completed once per device and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
