Honolulu City Council members are considering a measure, Bill 41, that would limit "short-term” rentals on Oahu to no less than 180 days at a time.

Vacation rental owners Ed Jones and Peggy Aurand say the bill, if enacted into law, would be devastating for Hawaii's vacation rental industry.
