POTENTIAL HAWAIIAN TRIBAL LEADER EVICTS OWN SISTER FROM HOMESTEAD LAND
Robin Danner Evicts Sister Jade For Non Payment Of Rent
News Release from Koani Foundation, May 18, 2016
(HONOLULU, HAWAI`I) - In a bombshell report airing online today, Free Hawai`i TV reports that Sovereign Councils Of Hawaiian Homelands Assembly (SCHHA) chairperson Robin Danner evicted her own sister, Jade Danner Jones and her family earlier this year from a Waimanalo, O`ahu Hawaiian homestead property for non payment of rent.
The home in question is leased by the Department of Hawaiian Homelands (DHHL) to Robin Danner.
Free Hawai`i TV has obtained copies of court documents of the eviction and has posted them online here - http://TinyURL.com/DannerEviction
According to the video report aired on the Koani Foundation‘s Free Hawai`i Broadcasting Network at http://FreeHawaiiTV.com Robin Danner‘s actions are now being called into account in three different ways.
“First, who would evict their own sister, their own flesh and blood? Where is the aloha in that?” asks Free Hawai`i TV host and a Koani Foundation director, `Ehu Kekahu Cardwell.
“Robin put her own sister, her sister‘s husband and their children potentially on the street.
“Second, since Robin is chairperson of the SCHHA and has also been one of DHHL‘s most vocal critics, surely she knows it‘s against DHHL policies to rent out homestead property to someone not named on the lease without DHHL approval. Did Robin get DHHL permission?
“Finally, now that these actions have been made public, how can anyone consider Robin Danner a compassionate leader of her people?
“If rumors are true and Robin ends up as the leader of a U.S. Department of Interior federally recognized Hawaiian tribe, can Hawaiians trust her not to evict them also?”
Since being posted online this morning, the Free Hawai`i TV video report has gone viral causing many to react with shock and dismay.

“Response has been both immediate and intense,” reports Free Hawai`i TV host `Ehu Kekahu Cardwell. “People are outraged and want answers.”
“Isn‘t there a rule in place that a person can receive only one residential homestead?” is a question that many have asked.
“If Robin has a Waimanalo, O`ahu homestead in her name, and yet she lives on an Anahola, Kaua`i homestead, whose name is on the Anahola homestead lease? There is something highly wrong with this woman‘s apparent control of so much DHHL property,” is sentiment expressed by many.
“This is who is in Washington, DC this week claiming to speak for Hawaiians?” asked another homesteader.
“These kind of people would sell out our keiki‘s birthright and future for a few crumbs from the U.S. angrily stated a Hawaiian National.
Since being posted online this yesterday, the Free Hawai`i TV video report continues to evoke outrage and anger amongst many throughout social media sites online.
